Dee started her career as Kitchen Manager with Bennigan’s Corporation and has expanded her food service experience with clinical nutrition knowledge. She has experience doing nutrient menu analysis for hospitals, nursing homes, Head Start programs, National Lunch Program in schools, Meals on Wheels, Adult Day Care Programs, assisted living organizations, correctional facilities and group home for children and adults with special needs.
